The Chandelier Tree Studio/Gallery, 6 Campbell Street, is open for business. There will be no set hours of operation but I will be diligent in making the gallery available for viewing or to arrange commissions. We will operate on a come by chance or by appointment 'schedule'. A number of Art shows, Studio Tours and Gallery Open Houses were planned again for this year. But as you know, March brought us many reasons to reconsider and reschedule. In fact, every show was cancelled because of the pandemic and we have turned our focus to virtual shows on our social media and websites. Do stop in again to see the updates.

A mini Portland studio tour was held at my Chandelier Tree Gallery with all COVID protocols in place and respected by all. A very successful weekend. Thank you everyone for your continued support. And this, sporting a very broken left arm, and yes, I am a leftie.

As a founding member, so very proud of our new artists group right here in Portland. Wonderful tour weekend for all five of us in concert with our famous annual international Skate The Lake event.
Another wonderful successful studio tour weekend is over. Thank you everyone for your continued support and for stopping in to see me. I loved all of our chats. Heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful folk who have taken home some Claire J Fine Art. There were many. A great big thank you to Skate The Lake for giving me the opportunity to design their program cover and poster this year and for being so supportive of our group studio tour joining their event. It was wonderful to see you and to sit and chat with so many of you. Thank you for your continued support. I hope you are enjoying your new paintings. Oh!! SHHH! Some paintings and gift certificates are Christmas gifts and we are not there yet. So still a great opportunity for those last minute special gifts for the holidays. Gift certificates available. Registration for January 7, 2018 Acrylic Pours Class is now closed but there is a new class scheduled for Sunday, February 4, 2018 and of course paintings - fine art, flow acrylics, notecards, calendars, commission work requests. Very excited to have been a part of this year's Festival of Small Halls in our very own Portland Community Hall. My artwork along with the beautiful works of fellow artist Margaret Martin were on display throughout the building. The performance, by Birds of Chicago was a sold out huge success My version of Alli and JT in concert........

And so another beautiful, successful Studio and Garden Tour comes to a close. A little rain, a few clouds, a little sunshine, nice and warm and a whole lot of eye candy, both art and gardens. Wasn't that an inspiring tour?
Thank you so very much for sharing your Canada Day weekend with us. I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. I loved seeing you, sharing stories about our art, listening to your stories and watching you leave with one or more of our creations. Your support is so very much appreciated.
